Actually I didnt have any service because I left due to poor professionalism so I went elsewhere for new tires and wheel alignment.

Lots of reasons. Not putting parts back on the car when theyre supposed to. Ordering part and it being the wrong one and I have to come back a third time they have said part put on. Oil was leaking on the bottom of the engine when we took possession of the vehicle after buying it they knew there was an issue with this engine.

Bothers me that they did not disclose that a major engine oil leak was fixed also and not disclosed to Carfax. I disclosed and included receipt showing such. Matt Blatt was fully aware of this leak when the oil change was supposed to be done when they first possession of the car before I bought it I am supposed to have a 12 month 12 thousand mile warranty on what they fixed. The detail was poor and no kind of wax was applied to the paint on the car. 3/12/22
I just checked my pressures & set them all a 35 before going to have two "New" tires installed. I'm still not convinced they are new as the "fingers" are not there & there is wear on the edges. Secondly, when I looked at the pressures from the monitors on screen they were: 41 39 38 42! Not sure if their tire gage is out of calibration or the Tech could not be bothered to use a gage. Went in for alternator problem and brakes and took couple times to get brakes pads and rotors from squealing. But finally did.

I went there to get me serpentine belt replaced knowing it was at most a 50.00 part and thought the labor would be around 150.00 -200.00. Nope labor was 409.00. They made the mistake of letting me see the accounting reciept for internal use and it literally infuriated me. The person spent .20. Man hours putting on the belt so i paid 409.00 for .20 man hours all together 490.00 dollar for a tension pully & belt& labor seems a little off to me and i could have easily done it if i had a lift.
