Staff was friendly this trip. The communication needs improvement as I had to call for updates. The service advisors are overworked and another 1-2 would help.

They found the problem on the second try. We had it in for service about a month ago and they couldn't find the problem. I guess they needed more complaints to find the problem. Working good now!
