Service writer was attentive and professional. Kept my car for extra day to diagnose possible transmission problem after new transmission was put in our 2010 Murano on recall/service bulletin years ago. Also found another recall notice and performed that service. Vehicle has been ok since.

I always receive excellent service at Matt Blatt Nissan. Krista Calabres is the service writer that I use. She keeps me informed of the status of the work being performed on my vehicle and when completed, she explains the complete service performed and confirms the amount due as being the same as what was quoted when I checked in.

I have used this service dept from as far back as 2012 and have always received the best of service. My service during 12/21 was exactly the same on each of my Nissan vehicles (Altima and Murano). The service writers and the ,mechanics are extremely capable. The writers keep tabs on what is being done and keep me apprised of what is being serviced and whether or not any additional matters should also be done other than which was ordered.

Tech tried to sell me some air filters that I already had changed in June and told me that my tires need replacing. I only have 27000 miles on my car and it's over the road driving. I'm going to get them checked somewhere else to be sure that the tech wasn't trying to sell me someithing I didn't need. Also, I noticed that the last couple of times I brought my car in for service, nobody even vacuumed out the rugs.
