Made appointment ahead of time. Upon arrival service writer verified my info, had me go in the waiting room and stated when the vehicle was done in about an hour the technician would look for me in the waiting room. Also explained there were refreshments available in the waiting room. With the hour period the tech came in, advised there requested service was done and there were no problems. Gave me the bill and directed me to the cashier. Each employee was professional and pleasant to deal with.
