We just moved into our new home in Brighton. We used Matt DeLuzio for our mortgage lender. The process was very easy and we had no delays or issues. The closing went very smooth and on time. The loan application was easier than I thought it would be. Matt and his team kept us up to date at every step of the way. We were cleared to close about one week prior to closing. Matthew and his team are amazing. We refinanced my mother's home and they were very helpful. They answered all of the questions we had and answered emails/ phone calls super fast. I also really appreciate how quickly everything was completed, it only took a couple of weeks from the time I started talking to Matthew until we closed. A year ago we decided very quickly to move closer to work and school. Matt and his team were truly amazing. The process of moving with a 4 year old can be crazy stressful. Matt and the team were there to answer questions whenever we had them. Sometimes they were so good they answered the questions before we knew we had them! Does business the right way and takes care of people.
