This was my first home we purchased. I knew nothing about the process and with my husband working all the time everything fell on my shoulders. Needless to say Matt Mallon was my savior! Between all the phone calls, emails, text messages, and paperwork, when I was ready to rip my hair out lol, he was there with patience and kindness! I can't thank Matt enough! Friendly, put us at ease in a high tension time for us. Came to our home with papers not requiring us to run into the store. We were 76 and 77 years old and had not purchased a house for 25 years so it was traumatic time for us. Matt seemed to honor our feelings. He made it easy with a friendly smile.

Everything about the process was as easy as a mortgage application could be. Matt was always available, and Guaranteed Rate provided an online checklist so I could keep track of the documents I needed to provide. I felt that I was important to them, and they were doing everything they could to make the mortgage application smooth and quick. We ended up closing within a couple of days of our target date.
