Matt was amazing from beginning to end. We were closing out of state, and he made sure we were aware of any changes and possible delays. He was always looking out for us in the end and gave us great advice. Our lawyer at closing gave Matt and his team high praise. He said he has never experienced a team on the same page and with such prompt responses, as Matt and his team did. We will definately seek out Matt again, for future mortgages.
Can honestly say he was the absolute best! Would not have wanted to go through any one else. Being that I am a young home buyer he made everything super clear for me and gave me the best possible options and even went above and beyond for me when it came to the lending process by looking into grants. I have already recommended him to people. Hands down the best person to work with when it comes to buying a home!
Matt is highly responsive and very knowledgeable. He has expertly managed the financing and closing of 2 Maui properties for me in the last 2 years. Both where vary complex with several twists and turns. Nothing fazes Matt.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable and always called me back. Any questions I asked, he knew. He's an asset to the bank! He also worked long hours and I remember talking to him on two occasions at seven and eight o'clock at night.
