Matt was my go-to contact at Contour Mortgage during my home buying process. Early on he gave me clear estimates of what everything would cost and advised me to make the process smooth. He really helped me out as we got close to closing and Covid-19 hit the tri state area. I was unsure whether I would be able to close but he helped me lock in a good rate and close right in time. If I waited any longer I may not have been able to close seeing as I’m self employed. Matt also recommended an attorney that I was very happy with.

I am very thankful for Matt Nieves. He's thorough, timely, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable. He made himself available even on weekends, which I appreciated and took advantage of. He was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. I hit a few snags in the process but in the end I was able to get my dream home. I could not have done this without him. I will be referring Matt for a long time to come.

This review is way overdue. Our process started with a simple question on Aug 6, 2019. That question turned into us becoming homeowners as of Nov 15, 2019. He told us everything we needed to do to make it happen and we did. We are proof of that. Alot had to get done in a short time for us to become homeowner. We guided us from beginning to end. I had the best experience with Mathew, have you ever met someone that can make things happen no matter how hard the circumstances are? Well Mathew was that person to me not only does he make things happen, he is always available even if he has to talk to you from home etc.... Since day one that I contacted Contour, Matthew gave me a call and we went over everything. He was very calm, informative and made himself available at whatever time of day I needed him. Mr. Matthew Nieves made such an impact on our family. We were in a special situation where our family was going through bankruptcy 7 years ago, and have been working on getting ourselves back on our feet. Matt Nieves help us through every step of the process. He definitely went above and beyond every step of the way making himself available for any and all questions any time of the day (and night, outside normal business hours) when i had concerns. Obviously as a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect however matt truly made this a pleasurable experience and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
