This was my second time using Matt for my family’s refinance and he was just as amazing as the first time I used him 4 years ago! We were able to not only save money monthly going to a 20-year mortgage, but we were also able to pay off debt and get a little cash-out. Matthew at Contour Mortgage is the person to call if you want to purchase a home. I just closed on my first home, and Matt was integral in making that happen for me. As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge of how to secure a mortgage or the intricacies involved in the process, but Matt was able to walk me through everything and answered every question I had. Matt was my go-to contact at Contour Mortgage during my home buying process. Early on he gave me clear estimates of what everything would cost and advised me to make the process smooth. He really helped me out as we got close to closing and Covid-19 hit the tri state area. I was unsure whether I would be able to close but he helped me lock in a good rate and close right in time. If I waited any longer I may not have been able to close seeing as I’m self employed. Matt also recommended an attorney that I was very happy with.

I am very thankful for Matt Nieves. He's thorough, timely, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable. He made himself available even on weekends, which I appreciated and took advantage of. He was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. I hit a few snags in the process but in the end I was able to get my dream home. I could not have done this without him. I will be referring Matt for a long time to come.

This review is way overdue. Our process started with a simple question on Aug 6, 2019. That question turned into us becoming homeowners as of Nov 15, 2019. He told us everything we needed to do to make it happen and we did. We are proof of that. Alot had to get done in a short time for us to become homeowner. We guided us from beginning to end. I had the best experience with Mathew, have you ever met someone that can make things happen no matter how hard the circumstances are?
