This was my second time using Matthew to refianace my home. I was impressed with the detail info he remembered about me when I contacted him the second time. He was excellent the second time around and the process went by so fast.
From day one Matt had a plan for me I had a 540 credit and he told me working with him and some work he will get me my house. I’m happy to see we did just that.
Matt was beyond accommodating, he could be reached anytime of the day for any of my needs. He even came to my job to sign papers 30 miles away from his office so he could get my loan closed on time. I will be using him in the future for any of my loan needs. As a first time home buyer, I needed someone like Matt. I don’t have anything bad to say about him.
I had the pleasure of learning process of the home buying from Matthew Nieves from Nationwide Mortgage. He was very professional and courteous through the whole process, he answered all my questions and he always carved out some time so any question I had was answered without mistakes. He often followed up with me just be sure we were on the same page. This showed me that Matthew takes great pride in his work. Thank you so much Mr. Nieves.
Matthew was extremely knowledgable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire closing process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.
Mattew Nieves was the best Rep that I have ever dealt with. Been working with him a little over a year. Everything he advised on Was on the money and he helped me step by step on building my credit not once but twice lol. When I was looking to get pre approved my wife and I walked into a bunch of banks to get pre approved and all of them shot us down because of my credit. I thought since we both had banking accounts with some of these banks and had a good amount in them they would be able to help. Not the case, they wouldn’t even give me any direction on what to do telling us to come back when my credit is better or come back in 6 months.
