Our mortgage was challenging to say the least - there are 4 people on this mortgage. The information collection for Matt and his team was - request everything X 4! At times it was frustrating, but Matt walked us PATIENTLY through the entire process. He and a member of his team, Dana, even stopped at our house to deliver and pick up documents.
