Matthew was phenomenal throughout the whole mortgage process, from the beginning to the day we closed. He made himself available for any questions almost 24/7, and was extremely patient with my husband and I. He would explain everything to us very clearly. He always treated us with the utmost respect and he displays a great passion for helping people obtain their dream of owning a home. From day one Matt had a plan for me I had a 540 credit and he told me working with him and some work he will get me my house. I’m happy to see we did just that.
Matt was beyond accommodating, he could be reached anytime of the day for any of my needs. He even came to my job to sign papers 30 miles away from his office so he could get my loan closed on time. I will be using him in the future for any of my loan needs. As a first time home buyer, I needed someone like Matt. I don’t have anything bad to say about him.
I had the pleasure of learning process of the home buying from Matthew Nieves from Nationwide Mortgage. He was very professional and courteous through the whole process, he answered all my questions and he always carved out some time so any question I had was answered without mistakes. Matthew was extremely knowledgable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire closing process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.
