Matthew was extremely knowledgable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire closing process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.

When I was looking to get pre approved my wife and I walked into a bunch of banks to get pre approved and all of them shot us down because of my credit. I thought since we both had banking accounts with some of these banks and had a good amount in them they would be able to help. Not the case, they wouldn’t even give me any direction on what to do telling us to come back when my credit is better or come back in 6 months.
