Matthew was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. There was one bump in the road regarding a very poor assessor . My one complaint is that I had to pay for two assessors the first person was $100,000 off the value of the home which extended the time that it took to actually close on the mortgage which was quite frustrating. Paying for two different assessors was also costly at approximately $500 each. Nonetheless, Matthew was very supportive and helpful.
