To be honest, there were a lot of hurdles that popped up that were not simple to overcome. However, they were not because of anything that Mr. Givens did; and he provided significant assistance and support in getting past those hurdles and navigating through what turned out to be a very complex process. And I'm a NASA engineer! We couldn't have gotten through to where we needed to be and obtain the funds without Mr. Givens' help and patience!
