Matthew was very informative helping me understand my credit report and what changes to make. He was encouraging. I was amazed how a mortgage loan could be done entirely online. He followed thru responding promptly to any questions I had throughout the entire loan process. He also followed up after the loan was funded to make sure i was satisfied with everything. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him and Mutual.
