This doctor's staff is beyond incompetent. They ignore your phone calls they never answer the phone. If and when they answer the phone they are nothing but rude. This doctor used to be nice but he has changed. He's not the kind caring physician that he once was. He is very pompous rude and arrogant. He doesn't listen to the patient he couldn't care less about my health concerns. And his staff is among the worst staff I have ever come across in my life! They too are arrogant and rude especially to people with serious chronic ... read more

He didn’t want to listen - yelled at me to just answer the question, later told me to stop looking at my notes, chastised me for not going to a pain center sooner. Got up and walked out of the room at one point for no known reason when I was mid sentence. Gave me a sheet of paper with a procedure and told me I could look it up and could do it or not and left. On average I've waited 60-90 minutes to be seen by doctor Jaycox and then when I do finally see him he stays in the room for less than 5 minutes. On top of that, their online systems don't integrate with rush and don't work well. Don't waste your time.

I had waited 3 1/2 years to see a specialist for crps. This office was highly recommended so this is where I wanted to go. My records had been there for weeks, but the Friday afternoon before my appt on Monday they called to tell me he looked at my records and saidhe couldn't help me so they were cancelling my appt. Not only am I disappointed but I am mad, we are out the money for a hotel and I am back to searching for another doctor. I do not recommend this doctor at all, inconsiderate.

It is almost impossible to contact anyone there. The pharmacist has sent 2 faxes for a refill as well as calling. I called and was on hold 2X’s for over 40 min. Then left a message that said they rerun calls after 1PM. I heard nothing.

I have been a patient of the pain center for over 3 years, they were great until I had a MRI, discovered increased need for more medical attention and pain relief at which point they hid behind some trumped guideline and my pain management became the lesser of the two rules to follow. This doctor and the practice are more concerned about maintaining and monitoring your drug dependency then my immediate medical needs. I was appalled at the treatment and the lack of concern for my medical conditi
