Excellent pain specialist I’d recommend Matthew Jaycox MD to anyone that has difficult nerve pain like I have ! Outstanding staff as well!
Doctor was very nice and very casual , very professional. He was awesome. He addressed my concerns, I wish him well with his residency.
He took great care of my husband coordinating with his surgeon to keep him comfortable. He did great 9 years ago, and was on top of everything today.
Dr. Jaycox is knowledgeable in the area of pain management. He takes the time to make sure the patient understands everything (the problem, medications, procedures, management). He is compassionate & his team is responsive when messaged. He has even gone above & beyond to coordinate care with my surgeon. He's the first p-m Dr to make me feel like I have a fighting chance. Highly recommend!
Over the past 15 years I went around the block a few times with different pain specialists who did not treat me as an individual or had an ego a mile long. When I was diagnosed with CRPS in 2021, I thought this was the end UNTIL I met Dr. Jaycox. His kindness and personable personality calmed me and provided hope. In both situations, he has never given up-always thinking of a different treatment that could help me f... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Jaycox for over 15 years. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, and ask specifically where the pain this. He is kind and compassionate, and always has a new plan or new approach to help tackle the debilitating pain and help me function as an individual. I highly recommend him as a fantastic doctor, who actually listens to his patients, and together you decide the best treatment for you.
Dr. JaycoxVery compassionate provider that listens to his patients. I recommend him very excellent pain management specialist.
Very thorough review of past diagnosis and unsuccessful remedies with him and his fellow. Physical tests and discussion on past treatment and results. Review of symptoms, treatments, results, and diagnosis, with logical reasoning as to why symptoms persist after several doctors treatments. Discussion of possible diagnosis that fits symptoms that was not resolved by past treatment. New diagnosis and treatment detailed. I was then treated and responded positively. I think that more then 10 years of diagnosis and treatments, I ... read more
Dr. Jaycox has been my provider for over five years. I developed a rare pain disorder of which there is no cure, but there is management. When I first became ill, no one could figure out what was going on. I will forever be grateful for the referral to Dr. Jaycox. I was at the end of my rope, & felt helpless. On my first visit, Dr. J came in the room, pulled up the stepstool, sat down in front of me & listened. I had worked in healthcare for over 40 years & have never experienced this level of care, empathy, professionalism,... read more
