Dr. Jaycox has been treating my spouse for over a decade with outstanding success. He is extremely knowledgeable, educational and compassionate. One of the best specialists we have ever worked with and we are always grateful for his expertise. He has excellent communication skills and creative solutions to difficult health problems. I highly recommend him with full confidence.

Great service, the staff and Dr. Jaycox was very professional. I just loved his down to earth bed size manner. The office and medical equipment was up to date. Finding a doctor who truly understands your needs are crucial. I would recommend Dr Matthew Jaycox to anyone looking for a good pain doc.

Nursing staff is great, they are kind, caring and attentive. Thank you Melissa (nurse that took care of me) the staff in the procedure suite were kind, friendly and attentive as well. Dr. Jaycox is really the best. When you have had as much spinal pain as I have. I am thankful to have such a component and caring physician. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pain specialist. My one complaint is, when I was in the holding area prior to procedure, I know he is busy, however ; I wish he would pop in, to say hello, and... read more

Dr. Jaycox is an extremely intelligent and compassionate doctor. He has treated me for CRPS for several years and consistently comes through with plans of care and explanations as to what is going on and why it is happening. He cares so much for his patients and their wellbeing, helping me be the best version of myself while living in significantly less pain. As someone with high anxiety, he takes time to explain all details and answers all questions, never seeming rushed or that questions make you a burden. This is somethin... read more

I'm not sure I will be able to accurately capture the enormity of how positive my experience was with Dr. Jaycox and his team. Starting with MiMi who handles new patients and all the way through the nurses and resident, I have never been treated so well by any of the specialists I have seen. I started my journey with TMJ pain almost 15 years ago and for the first time ever have real hope that we might he able to treat the cause versus the symptoms. Yes, he is helping treat my pain, but only while we journey to a more permane... read more

I was referred to Dr. Jaycox in October 2023 because I developed pain in the central portion of my left knee after having a partial knee replacement in the medial area of my left knee. The surgery eliminated the pain from arthritis in the operative area but as replaced by pain under the kneecap in the center of my knee. After reviewing my medical history and x-rays, Dr. Jaycox recommended a genicular nerve block. I had this procedure done twice without any relief for my pain. Dr. Jaycox then recommended a trial of a spinal c... read more
