Nursing staff is great, they are kind, caring and attentive. Thank you Melissa (nurse that took care of me) the staff in the procedure suite were kind, friendly and attentive as well. Dr. Jaycox is really the best. When you have had as much spinal pain as I have. I am thankful to have such a component and caring physician. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pain specialist. The only doctor who has taken my CRPS and chronic illness seriously
Dr. Jaycox is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is thorough and takes the time to understand your concerns. He’s great for people with chronic pain. He’s very knowledgeable not dismissive at all.
Dr. Jaycox is an extremely intelligent and compassionate doctor. He has treated me for CRPS for several years and consistently comes through with plans of care and explanations as to what is going on and why it is happening. He cares so much for his patients and their wellbeing, helping me be the best version of myself while living in significantly less pain. I'm not sure I will be able to accurately capture the enormity of how positive my experience was with Dr. Jaycox and his team. Starting with MiMi who handles new patients and all the way through the nurses and resident, I have never been treated so well by any of the specialists I have seen. After 1.5 years getting nowhere with other specialists who claim to be well educated about HEDS, Dr Jaycox gives me hope to take care of my accute SI pain once and for all. It was so refreshing to work with a doctor who asked all of the right questions regarding HEDS and understood the unique impact and challenge of diagnosing and treating pain related to this condition. I have been going to Dr. Jaycox for over a year, and he has done an excellent job identifying the cause of and treating my lower back pain. I definitely recommend Dr. Jaycox for pain management.

My wait time was under 15 from arriving and seeing Dr Jaycox! He review my last 3 months and asks if there is anything he can do for me! He show caring, supportive care with my CRPS! I’ve been with him for over 12 years! He cares about me as a person!His staff and fellow were A+ as well! Great office visit.
