I contacted my Salesman, John about a concern and within minutes a lovely lady named Maria called me and sent out a serviceman. Dan came out and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, and I am! I have and will continue to recommend Max Guard. I love my new windows and the service there.

Finally found the last installer there to help us with the final touches. The installers worked very hard
Customer service was excellent. The team that came to install the doors and windows were very professional. They work very fast and kept the areas clean. They were very respectful and listened to our concerns.
Crew was very industrious. Grout was used to repair interior drywall damage on walls instead of drywall repair compound. This made the repair of the walls difficult for us. We were disappointed that the company owner did not inspect the job on the last day as promised.
