I have to be honest. I’m still waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the lock on my back door to be replaced. It is super scary sleeping with an unlocked door in today’s society, anyone can just walk in my home and do god knows what to us. So I have to give them a 1. To date the lock on my door is still not fixed so I really walk around with fear especially at night.
A company is only as good as its employees, and General Service Manager Chris Fitzpatrick stands out above the rest. Max Guard hit the jackpot with Chris, a personable, efficient and consummate professional whose expert jamb and trim installation transformed our new windows into a work of art. Chris is a master of his craft and a troubleshooter second to none. Give this guy a raise, Max Guard! Thank you so much, Chris, and Godspeed. The Abruzzos Deerfield Beach
The windows are beautiful! Meticulously installed. Inspected on the same day, too! Great experience! Highly recommend Max Guard!
I am an extremely dissatisfied Max Guard customer. My opinion is to avoid this company at all cost. I had a full house install in Dec. 2020 and now there is daylight showing through between the window and wall and Max Guard wants to charge me $75 to come out just to look at the problem. In my opinion this is Very Poor Customer Service Policy. My recommendation is to use a different company!
Wish I received the same 5 star installation all these customers on here comment about, I envy the other customers. This project has been a huge mistake. These reviews are why I choose max guard went over budget thinking I’d get quality work! Currently unable to use slider, and only a grown man that bench presses 100lbs can open the windows!
Would give ZERO stars if I could. Company told us to clear area of THREE windows for the installers to work on and we did so. Installers decided to continue working and wrecked the other areas (literally messes everywhere)! Installation crew damaged and/or broke several items in my home and company refuses to do anything. They want an "invoice" for a sentimental gift my deceased great-grandmother gifted me when I was younger. This item is clearly irreplaceable. To top it off- one of the installers went to the restroom in my ... read more
Be wary of this company. They is no white glove treatment of your property or home. They hire unskilled installers. Installers work on all finish work had to be re-done. Stucco work on three french doors was done so poorly, it had to be sanded off and re-done. Still waiting over 2 months. Front door trim 4 times wrong trim ordered. Someone tried to pass off Home Depot trim painted to try to match door. deceptive. Do not go with this company. You may get lucky with installers, but you are taking a big chance.
Terrible and shameful. There was not ONE thing done right!. This was a big job, 22 windows, three french doors and entry door. They sent 4 unskilled work crew to do this job. Stay far, far away from this company. Still waiting over two months for completion of job. Delays, excuses and run around at each step. incompetent and poor workmanship. I would not give this company any stars if I could
