Crew was very industrious. Grout was used to repair interior drywall damage on walls instead of drywall repair compound. This made the repair of the walls difficult for us. We were disappointed that the company owner did not inspect the job on the last day as promised.

We had a front window and a back sliding glass door replaced. The team was professional, respectful and did an outstanding job! We are amazed by how solid the replacements are and are very pleased with our new MaxGuard window and sliding glass door.
Windows look very good crew was polite and efficient
Windows took awhile to come in but that is how it is for everyone. Once they came in, MaxGuard did EVERYTHING… coordinated permits with the Town… coordinated with my HOA etc. Install team was OUTSTANDING. Removed old windows and installed in one day. Second day was final inspection with Town and final caulking. I chose MaxGuard because my sales person (Greg Taber) took the time to sit, explain and educate… others either didn’t call back, called weeks later or just ripped thru, measured, pumped out an estimate and never bothe... read more

The front door lock was very difficult to lock and unlock I contacted MaxGuard and a service tech arrived the following day. He was very polite and corrected the problem in short order. Very happy with the entire process
