What a lovely man! I went to get some photos ro put in a little memory book as my husband has just passed away. I tried doing it myself but got stuck but without me asking for help, he came to see if I needed assistance and was so lovely when I explained what they were for. He even put me a large print in a photo frame and told me it was a good will gesture. I was blown away by his kindness at this difficult time. Thank you.

On an extremely busy day on the run up to Christmas I popped into Asda and met a man named Bash. He could see I was struggling and came to give me a hand, little did he know the task required. An hour later he was still patiently stood by my side helping me print hundreds of photos to give as gifts for Christmas. The Halifax staff at Asda (3765) were great. One trainee lady and her colleague, Bash. Bash was very helpful with his trainee and stepped in when we both struggled.
