Fantastic experience in Halifax Asda today. Thank you so much for your help and support today Bash, I was very tired and needed to get some photos done, but he stepped in and made it super easy. Productive, down to earth and even made suggestions for my next visit about services I wasn't aware of, so thank you very much. I learnt something new.

Bash at 3765 Halifax Asda displayed the definition of customer service. He approached me immediately when using the self service machine asking if I needed any help, I accepted and he made my photos even better than I imagined. Explained everything, gave options & was very friendly. He even added my printed photos into the new frames I had just bought. A lovely experience which made my morning!
