On an extremely busy day on the run up to Christmas I popped into Asda and met a man named Bash. He could see I was struggling and came to give me a hand, little did he know the task required. An hour later he was still patiently stood by my side helping me print hundreds of photos to give as gifts for Christmas. The Halifax staff at Asda (3765) were great. One trainee lady and her colleague, Bash. Bash was very helpful with his trainee and stepped in when we both struggled. He was very helpful and very informative. He helped me achieve just what I was looking for, and all done with a friendly smile and patience. Great Customer Service!

Fantastic service at Asda Halifax. A huge thank you to Bash 3765 who was so patient and kind and helpful,.. I was overwhelmed by his attention today. He showed me all the different options that you provide, which I wouldn’t have known about.. I feel he is really eager and invested in what you can offer.. Called in at Max Speilmann in Asda because I had not realised that my passport would not have a sufficient validity period for an upcoming holiday. Bit of a panic. Bash in Asda Halifax was wonderful, he took my new passport photos and processed my whole passport application. it was a totally stress free experience. He is a really lovely gentleman, totally calm throughout, and clearly explaining every step of the procedure, all the while maintaining conversation with me. Full marks to Bash for excellent service.
