SAMIRA was excellent What a lovely young lady you have working for you She was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to an OAP who is not very good with this modern technology but she did not make me feel like a dinosaur I will definitely go back to your Halifax branch in future.

Went into Halifax Asda 14th May lunchtime the lady who served me was a credit to the company helped me with purchase only 2 small photographs but mean so much when I went to pay she said they are on us, I was absolutely amazed at her kindness & the good she has done thank you x People are so quick to complain & not recognise good helpful loyal staff

Fantastic experience in Halifax Asda today. Thank you so much for your help and support today Bash, I was very tired and needed to get some photos done, but he stepped in and made it super easy.
