Angela is amazing
ordred some passport photos online and chose to collect from asda bawtry road site. we then arrived to collect our photos the member of staff clearly had a attitude problem, once printed we asked if she could cut the photos to size with there device they use she then told us she could not do it. We have been there many times before and other staff ask if we want them cut to size before we ask

I went to your 3765 store in Asda Halifax. The young lady helping me today was Samira. I have been to this store twice recently. Both visits were so helpfull and efficient. Samara today helped me with all the outstanding issues. I am a bit of a fossil at 65 years old,and I needed multiple things copying, photocopying, moving from phone etc. Samara was polite and friendly and I had things coming from the photo machines and documents coming out of the photocopier. Visited the Halifax store in Asda on Monday for some passport photos, served by Bash (3765) what a lovely polite & helpful guy he is and has been in the past when I have visited. He was so helpful, answered all my questions & put me at easy when taking my photo (hate having photos taken) helped me to select a good photo, one I am happy to use as my last one from 10years ago was awful! I was in your 3765 Asda branch a few days ago. Bash helped me then and I left a review. I returned with a complicated problem needing images off my phone and memory stick. As well as this I had different amounts of photo copying. Bash was calm and organised and made everything look easy. He managed to serve multiple customers at the same time . Using the print out times for one customer to help another and keep no one waiting. Andrew mckenny

I met Bash in your Halifax Asda store 3765. He was polite and friendly and helped me with advice. He did some photocopies for me, and gave great advice about taking images from a memory stick I have. I plan to return tommorow and he will sort out my next problem. Great service from a nice guy with knowledge of his trade. AJMCKENNY

I have left a google review but beknowst to me have received no response so I’m leaving one here. Please take immediate action. Absolutely verbally abused by staff member Rabia. Absolutely disgraceful service - I would not recommend to go here at all. I simply asked what the offer was on portraits and mistakenly understood portraits to be the ID pictures.
