I've twice had passport photos taken, only to use ones taken against a wall with a phone. Truly awful results from here - I don't think anywhere would have let me in. It's no fun having it done in a shop window, either. Save your money.

Terrible customer service in Broadway branch. I was clearly struggling to format my pictures and the assistant just walked off. I paid and only realised I had duplicates of the same picture when I got home. I'll never go here again.
