quite disappointed with the experience. I was charged £12.99 which is the usual price I’ve always paid in other shops but then I was asked for an extra £2 if I wanted the email copy. Everywhere else I’ve been and the same goes for my family, the email copy has always been included in the original price. On top of that, I was given 8 photos even though I only needed 4, which is what I’ve always received for £12.99 in the past.

Ordered photos and was not told that there was canvas paper in the machine in advance so had a 30 minute wait. I own a store so I missed my opening time then my photos came out with lines through them even after a re print

I came to Max’s Photos about two years ago and was helped by a young chap who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He made the experience very pleasant and even assisted me with my passport ID photos, which turned out great. Because of that positive experience, I recommended Max’s Photos to many of my friends. Unfortunately, when I visited again two days ago to take a photo of my baby daughter for her first passport, my experience was completely different.
