Bash was absolutely lovely, helped me out more than I could have asked for and went the extra mile to help me what I want. Very polite and never showed any signs of attitude with my many questions and requests!

Brilliant customer service, didn’t get the name of member of staff working on Sunday 29th March, she was so helpful and friendly . My mother had been struggling to get her passport picture accepted, she tried everything and was determined to get the picture done. Thankyou

After visiting the Sherborne shop, we don’t think we want to go anywhere else. The guy in there is the epitome of the Timpson ethos, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our request. Service with a smile and purpose, nothing seemed too much trouble. I wish all shops were the same as this
Every time I go into this shop, it is a pleasure, the young chap in there, King Julian is always so happy and informative, always honest with me about my shoes. Will probably never take them anywhere else now. So glad we have in our town now.

Bash at 3765 Halifax Asda displayed the definition of customer service. He approached me immediately when using the self service machine asking if I needed any help, I accepted and he made my photos even better than I imagined. Explained everything, gave options & was very friendly. He even added my printed photos into the new frames I had just bought. A lovely experience which made my morning!
