I love everything about the MSF experience. You are pretty expensive for my “circle of influenceâ€...which is not a complaint but rather an explanation why u don’t see many(any?) referrals from me. Also, I don’t quite get why you don’t discuss “progress†with us as evidenced by a quantitative metric like increase in weight lifted or some other measure. Why aren’t our ‘charts’ periodically reviews and discussed?
The quietness and how quick it is and still produces results. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They continually encourage you to do “just a little more “.
I like having a knowledgeable trainer who is conscient with my workout. Consciently hard.
