I think the service is phenomenal and I really like my trainer, Rachel. She's the best. I feel the cost is prohibitive for my circle. Most of my friends go to traditional gyms or take part in Silver Sneakers where memberships are often for free. I'm still doing my workouts virtually, and I really appreciate that.
I like the calorie burning efficiencies that come from the large muscle focused strength training.
