In terms of time and energy expenditure, the MaxStrength Fitness (the machines + the expert one-on-one coaching), is the most efficient way to improve movement quality, strength, flexibility, focus, and left-right alignment while safeguarding joint integrity and providing some hormetic stress. Each exercise has several repetitions. Each new repetition builds on the previous one, with feedback from self and/or the coach. The coaches keep me motivated with their expert and timely cues!
I found the exactly what I need after a long search. Very pleased with the service. Everyone is so polite and considerate.
