The appointment was on time, the staff were pleasant and very efficient. I was told it would take about an hour and it went just a little over.
Service advisor was very courteous and the overall work performed on the vehicle was quick and efficient. Thank you for taking good care of my car.
My appointment was right on time. I had to have my car back within an hour in order to make another appointment and your crew said they could do it and they did.
I have generally been pleased but disappointed with recent visit. Spent $2200 on service and given thumbs on everything but left with a brake light out and wipers needing replacing. I'm not sure if shoddy service is a result of combined facility but not pleased considering the business I have given Premier Mazda.
This is my third Mazda and I could not be happier with the car, sales staff, service staff and lease price. Car rides incredibly smooth and has lots of safety features. I highly recommend Kevin and his staff at Mazda Cape Cod! (Thank u also for the loaner!)
My only complaint is that for my 8:00 am appointment my car was not taken in until 8:40. My appointment was the first of the day so I do not understand why it took so long for them to take my car in. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Thanks
My experience was good. The service dept. does need to check their voicemail though. I got lost in there for a couple of days. Once I called in and got Zachary live on the phone the experience was seamless. They got me right in and diagnosed and fixed the problem.
I have to say that after purchasing cars from dealers for over 45 plus years both my husband and I agree , this by far, was the best experience we have ever had!
Kevin is the best! He made the process easy and convenient even with the challenges of working through Covid. Thanks to the team at Premier!
