I have generally been pleased but disappointed with recent visit. Spent $2200 on service and given thumbs on everything but left with a brake light out and wipers needing replacing. I'm not sure if shoddy service is a result of combined facility but not pleased considering the business I have given Premier Mazda.

This is my third Mazda and I could not be happier with the car, sales staff, service staff and lease price. Car rides incredibly smooth and has lots of safety features. I highly recommend Kevin and his staff at Mazda Cape Cod! (Thank u also for the loaner!)

My only complaint is that for my 8:00 am appointment my car was not taken in until 8:40. My appointment was the first of the day so I do not understand why it took so long for them to take my car in. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Thanks

My experience was good. The service dept. does need to check their voicemail though. I got lost in there for a couple of days. Once I called in and got Zachary live on the phone the experience was seamless. They got me right in and diagnosed and fixed the problem.
