My experience having my car serviced was pleasant from start to finish. Staff was courteous and professional throughout. The waiting area was comfortable. And the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

20000 mile service Easy to book my service on line. However, as Stevens Street location is under construction, there was no instruction to go to Volvo, on website, via email or text message.

No-hassle experience After some research, I was between a few different cars to choose for buying a new car. Making an appointment went quite swiftly and I was able to test drive the car I had looked into without any problem. All issues that I raised were settled and the interaction with both Mike and Mark was very pleasant. The entire process was straightforward and taken care of as quickly as possible.
