I first reached out to Mazda of Claremont through text to begin discussing a CX-5 I was interested in. Brian was attentive and helpful during our conversations. I went in and met Armando and who showed me the car. Brian, Riza, and Rich helped me finish my purchase. I was treated with respect in all interactions. I'm in Pasadena, I had a Mazda dealership that was closer, but was given a good feeling from Mazda of Claremont so I made the trek there instead.

Very nice people across the whole car purchase experience. The whole process was very direct and forthright. Francisco Hernandez was a great salesperson and kept the transactions moving -- no sitting around waiting for the salesperson to "talk to my manager." He was warm and sincere. We will definitely come back to Mazda of Claremont when the time comes to purchase another car.
