It was easy to make an online appointment, Ms Felix, the advisor, was completely professional. The waiting area is comfortable. The job was done quickly, without additional costs or impositions. Mazda of Claremont was very accommodating in setting up an appointment for regular maintenance. When I arrived at the service department on the day of the appointment, I was greeted by Amy who was very friendly and helpful and offered me coffee or water. I was given an approximate time for the vehicle to be ready. I opted to not stay the entire time so I was updated via text and later notified when my Mazda3 was ready for pickup. Excellent service!
Generally good experience. Fair deal. Price seemed more than fair. No pressure. Very accommodating to my issues/plans. Lots of little (?) details I would comment on however. 1. No review of car function/dashboard/Infotainment system provided by dealer personnel. I was handed the owners manual and basically told "good luck." Today's cars are too complicated not to have someone at least walk you through the basics. Francisco is the man and did an amazing job with informing us of the details of the car and getting us a good deal. Really appreciate that he wasn't some shark looking for prey and wasn't pushing us to make the sale. Robert on the other hand was that shark type of person but we appreciated Francisco.
