Martin helped me with my first service for my new CX-5. To begin, he called me a couple of times to remind me to come in for a service, which I greatly appreciate all the reminders I can get with my busy schedule. I made an appointment and my car was completed in less than 2 hours. Everything was fully explained to me and of course I love their video they send of the car’s condition. ALYSSA was exactly who any workplace should strive to have represent them and because of her I changed my rating. The initial purchase went well. The problem arose about two weeks after my purchase. I did not receive either of my emergency spare keys that should be inside of every FOB. I reached out and called Mazda and left four messages and sent an email.
