I ordered mud flaps for my CX-5, paid for them and was I ordered mud flaps for my CX-5, paid for them and was never called that they had arrived. Also, I did not receive a car wash. The service has always included a car wash and I always look forward to seeing my car clean when I arrive. No explanation as to why. When the car was ready for pickup no call came to notify. I recently visited the Mazda of Claremont service center I recently visited the Mazda of Claremont service center for battery issue and oil change. My overall experience was great. The staff at the dealership were friendly they even cleaned my car after the service.
