Dr. McCracken and his office staff went above and beyond to schedule an appointment for me that took into consideration the time sensitivity of my issue. Ten stars in my book! Dr. McCracken is so knowledgeable plus very capable of giving detailed explanations of what he is doing! I feel very lucky to have had Dr. McCracken take care of me following my facial melanoma removal while paying attention to retaining the sight in my right eye.

I was very pleased with the results of my surgery with Dr. McCracken. My peripheral vision is much improved since the upper lid surgery. And my eyes don’t look as tired. I highly recommend Dr. McCracken.

Dr. McCracken did reconstructive surgery on my lower eyelid following Mohs surgery. He and his staff were responsive to any concerns before, during and after surgery. My face healed very well. Would recommend him.

I ended up seeing Dr McCracken on a referral from my optometrist. I was experiencing irritation in my left eye because the lower eyelid was turning in & my eyelashes were rubbing against the eyeball. After an initial consultation, Dr McCracken scheduled surgery and corrected the problem. Since then I have had no irritation in my left eye. I would recommend Dr McCracken to anyone experiencing the same type of problem that I experienced. And I would do so in a 'New York minute'. Thank you, Dr McCracken!

My 84 year old father was suffering from entropion. (The eyelid turns inward and the eyelashes and skin irritate the cornea) Dr McCracken performed an outpatient surgery that returned the lower eyelid to its' normal position. Two follow up appointments insured that proper healing had taken place and that his vision was back to normal. Great Job!

I went to my optometrist because of an irritation in my left eye. He found that my bottom eyelid had turned in. He recommended Dr McCracken, who operated & took care of the problem. In a New York minute I would recommend Dr McCracken to anyone experiencing the irritation that I was experiencing. He & his staff were thorough in explaining the procedure and in the follow-up care.
