Dr McCracken and his entire staff are very professional. He performed upper eyelid surgery, which has made a world of difference as to the range of what I can see. By following their precise instructions prior to and post surgery, I was back at work in no time. The healing process went as stated. I would recommend Dr McCracken to anyone in need of this procedure for medical or cosmetic reasons. I would give them a rating of an "12" on a 10 point scale!
I went to Dr McCracken for eyelid ptosis. Everyone is very professional, especially Dr McCracken. He’s very knowledge and thorough. He actially is the dr I give credit to for identifying I have a neurological disease called MG - my former PCP that I saw no less than 4 times a year had no clue. Dr McCracken appropriately referred to a neurologist who’s been fantastic. MG can be aerious and in some cases life threatening, so I owe Dr McCracken a lot for identifying it correctly.
I had a follow my follow up today. Dr. McCracken did such a beautiful job on my left eye. The results are truly extraordinary! He is the 3rd surgeon to repair obvious issues that other surgeons could not accomplish . I encourage my clients and individuals desiring more beautiful corrective/cosmetic surgery to see him for a consult. 1 1/2 yrs. prior to my tear duct surgery, Dr. McCracken performed this same surgery on my daughter. Because of my daughters past wonderful experience with Dr. McCracken, there was no doubt that I, too, would schedule an appt. with him. I found Dr. McCracken to be caring, compassionate & kind. He is personal & empathetic. His surgeon skills made me confident that I, too, chose the top doctor! I highly reccomend Dr. McCracken and would never hesitate to see him again. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I scheduled an appointment and he was able to do the procedure that same day, which was wonderful as it saved me time and took care the eye issue. He explained the procedure and what to expect very clearly. My experience in the office and with Dr McCracken was great, no complaints.

Very thorough evaluation every time I visit, eve though I visit every 3-4 months for Botox.
Dr McCracken made me feel uncomfortable at every appointment. The DCR surgery was unsuccessful. I wish I had listened to my gut and left at the initial consultation.
I felt like cattle being herded, the initial PA didn't look at me while she wrote her notes, she literally ran out of the room when she was done, Dr. McCracken came in, almost never looked me in the eye when he was speaking to me, he rushed through his questions, dud not listen to what I wanted, neither one of them ever smiled, and at one point he looked at his PA and asked "how long was that?" she said "15 minutes."
