Bought my first house back in 2003 so I've been out of the loop for close to 20 years. Michelle and her team made this a tremendously easy process and coordinated everything, making the experience very low-stress. I can't stress enough how crucial a solid agency is in a market this competitive. Most agents just want to sell houses, Michelle and Keller WIlliams want to sell you the RIGHT house. The agent I worked with was Patrick Burd. He was really great! Very helpful in getting me through the details. I always felt that he was giving me good advice. The closing went well and they gave me a gift basket, which was a thoughtful touch.

This was the easiest transaction. I was selling my elderly parents house and it was very difficult to get things done, especially with the constant winter storms of 2021. Everyone was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. The positive energy from the entire office was welcoming and made this emotional transaction as smooth as can be. They got the job done like they said they would. I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed a Realtor!!

Lisa and Carl were very easy to work with. Lisa was incredibly upbeat and able to get an offer on our place very quickly. On the closing side, Carl was very responsive and helpful walking us through selling our home. It was surprisingly painless and efficient, and I'd recommend them to others looking to sell.

Our real estate specialist, Patrick Burd, and the whole McAteer Will Estates team were wonderful! Patrick was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He is very personable and responded promptly to our emails and telephone calls. Being unfamiliar with the area, we truly appreciated his input.
