Mia did an amazing job communicating the buying process in simply terms, as a first time home buyer, I was nervous and not fully aware of all the items that needed to be performed. She assisted with recommending serval different banks and mortgage brokers for the pre approval process. For 1-2 months we toured different properties that were for sale, wrote offers for serval different properties before I finally ended up buying the one I currently am in.
