Tracie Tomlinson and her team were fantastic! She helped answer all of our questions in a timely manner which made the process stress free as first time home buyers. From the original viewing of the home to closing only took a month!

Kristen was amazing throughout this whole process. As a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions and Kristen took the time to lay everything out and get me connections with local Brokers, Inspectors, and the like. She is very encouraging, but also honest about the expectations and realities of the home buying process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Savannah area!

Kristen was super! She knew what work needed to be done to get top price and had contacts for repairs of all kinds. We were an out of town seller so having such a great Agent with reactive, quick, and professional services was a plus for sure. Kristen herself was also very responsive and worked any issue solidly representing our interests. Her backup team was great too. Nothing but positive for Kristen and the McIntosh Realty Team.

Aimee was wonderful she was beside my family every step of the way during our purchasing process. She kept constant contact with me, and explained everything I needed to do in order to have a smooth transition into being a new homeowner.
