Sales and Finance are good. Special shout out for our delightful Salesman Clarence. NOT PUSHY. Helpful. Informative. If you want a man of God to pray over you and your new vehicle (I do) then ask for Clarence Davis. Service has a few kinks to work out, but they are doing just that. Parts people are good.

Joshua was very helpful. My wait for an oil change was a longer than usual . New policy- You can't make an appt for oil changes, walk ins only. So get there early.

I purchased the prepaid maintenance program that included oil change. Upon on checkout the charges seemed high, so I asked if I was being charged for the oil change. I was told no it was not being charged, so I paid and went home. I checked the amount the next day and discovered I was charged for the oil change. I called to get this correct and get a refund. It has been about 10 days now and still have not heard back about my refund.
