They did the oil change and tightened down the spark plugs as a gas smell came on every time we used the A/C or heater from the time they changed the plugs earlier. Service person, who by the way, walking down the line up of service people was THE ONLY OERSON who asked May I help? Was very patient and very courteous and solved the gas smell with a mechanic and gave updates as the time went on.
