The service advisor, Brad, was less than kind to me when I arrived and even though I had an appointment, an oil change, tire rotation and inspection took nearly 4 hours.

Always good! But if you ever need to leave your vehicle for repairs theres never a loaner car available.

Told me nothing was wrong with car but proceeded to keep it for another day causing me to miss work. Called to get updates and was told I would get a call back but never received one.
