Excellent and very prompt service. Took the car in one day, they ordered the part. Returned with the car the next day and the part was installed in less than two hours.

The service is always excellent and the waiting area is comfortable; but sometimes the wait is a bit long. I had an appointment and still it took over 1 1/2 hours for an oil & filter change and a tire rotation.

Fernando (Junior) did an outstanding job assisting me with my vehicle. When I first walked in there were four representatives sitting in their chairs talking to each other, looking at a computer, and even looking at his phone. None of them even acknowledged me and went about their business. This was a first for me since this dealership is usually good with taking care of their customers.
