Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. Everyone made us feel welcome during the entire time we were there.
I called to see if they would be able to take my 2023 Denali in for a recall notice, and they worked me in immediately, and completed the work quickly.
We just came to buy our first truck, and Chris was very helpful and supportive to guide us thru different models. He also gave us a best price, and allowed us to bring back the trade-in car a day later. We'll definitely come back!
Best service from a dealership I ever experienced! I would give it 4 stars for the minor scuff marks i saw on in the ceiling left by the mechanic but was able to apply some foam cleaner I had at home and cleaned it off. Waiting area while vehicle is being serviced is comfortable. Check out staff is also kind and attentive. I always appreciate the car wash and vacuum in the end as my vehicle is turned in and ready for me to leave. Will be looking forward for continued services at McKinney Buick GMC.
The Service department is always very responsive and gets things done. I had a problem and they resolved the problem in a timely manner and kept me informed thru the process!!
I had an appointment to bring in my 2018 GMC Denali on 4/7/2021. I am so happy that I chose McKinney GMC & not Dallas. I could have gone to either one.
