I asked porch price to install a kitchen faucet installed. Was told they would have to come out then give me a price. I was asked about a monthly fee for service checks and I said I would thin about it. They told me an $80 fee for trip charges would be waived if I had them do the work. They arrived and again I was asked about the service monthly fee. I agreed and then they told me a price of $458 to install the faucet. That was so ridiculous I told them to leave. Terrible service Worker intentionally took too long. And then gave wrong assessment
Over $500 to change out one plex fitting. Complete Incompetence and grossly overcharged for a simple job.

Had an issue with new water heater that they installed. They came out that night to take a look. Explained they needed to come back the next morning. Mind you, this is on a Sat night so they came out Sunday am at 9:30. Got right to work, diagnosed the issue, installed a whole new water heater and im back up and running. Noah and Ethan are very knowledgeable and strait shooters. Recommend these guys for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs.
