Had an issue with new water heater that they installed. They came out that night to take a look. Explained they needed to come back the next morning. Mind you, this is on a Sat night so they came out Sunday am at 9:30. Got right to work, diagnosed the issue, installed a whole new water heater and im back up and running. Noah and Ethan are very knowledgeable and strait shooters. Recommend these guys for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs.

Called in at 7:30 am for hot water issues. The techs were here by 9:30 with the new water heater. In no time they had it installed and I had hot water again. The techs were very knowledgeable and respectful. Top notch company and service. Got an additional quote for some more work while they were here. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs

Service tech was great on flushing HW heater. He checked relief valve and after that it leaked. Tech said that was common; I commented he should have warned me and I would not have valve checked. The bombshell happened when he quoted me $504 to replace- totally out of the ballpark. No more promotion on flushing !! The first Plummer I called quoted $225. I be be reluctant to call McWilliams for any projects,
