I see some reviews as I write this one and have to step back and get people to recognize that a reduced cost facility is not going to offer the full bells & whistles one expects from a full cost facility. I love coming to places like this when I need something simply because I'm not going to get taken to the cleaners when it comes time to pay the bill. First of all, We have been taking our children to Mi Doctor for years. Yes there is sometimes a wait as with all offices but if you have patience, they have one of the best that I have ever had my children see. Rafael Pomales is a caring medical provider and is absolutely terrific with kids. My wife and I also see him. He doesn't short change you and make you feel like he is in a hurry when it comes to taking care of us. They will commit fraud. They will file claims saying you didn't pay for your visit. Wishing I had taken the receipt.

My wife had an appointment due to abdominal pain and was sent for a sonogram. She immediately scheduled and appointment and was to come back here to this clinic to get the results. We are here now almost an hour for them to ask if we had the sonogram done. Of course we did! These people are clueless and are incompetent. They clearly do not keep up with their patients. Just come in pay or get your insurance and they don't care about the rest. So frustrating just to watch their clueless faces and you can tell they just don't c... read more

We had a doctors appointment here. They took three hours to see us and finish the appointment. What kind of doctor takes three hours to see it's patients WITH AN APPOINTMENT??? I've never been to a doctor and waited this long to be seen even in the emergency room. I would not recommend if you can avoid coming here.

The doctor is good, when he gets to me. That's OK I sort of expect to wait, especially since he takes the time required to deal my issues rather than rushing through a 4 1/2 session like some do. The care is good, it's the other stuff that is frustrating. I cannot call the clinic directly. You call a central number. This is problematic if you need to talk to the local location. I went in two weeks ago because my regular doctor closed and I needed to get a new blood pressure medicine and refill. I didn't know I was gonna get my blood drawn, so I didn't fast or anything like that. But basically the bottom line is they did urine and blood work and told me that my kidney function was 50%. I left there thinking that I was dying of kidney failure and about to go on dialysis. I sought out a second opinion with a real doctor and my kidney function is 79% not 50.
